Take some time out on a Sunday afternoon to tend to your energy in a welcoming, supportive space. This session is designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and restored as we weave together simple yet powerful practices for balance and renewal.

• A guided Yoga Nidrā meditation to settle the mind, rest deeply, and connect with your body and inner world
• Reiki energy and crystal singing bowls to release tension and promote relaxation and balance.
• Gentle holistic coaching reflections for wellness
• Time in community to share and connect

This ticket grants you access to a blissful afternoon of guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy, and a wellness coaching circle, all at a lovely Tanawha location (keep a lookout in your emails for the exact address). Suggestions of what to bring: Any items that bring you comfort (eg. eye pillow) Drink bottle Journal & pen (for post-meditation reflection) Mats, cushions & light blankets will be supplied however feel free to bring your own.
