This Energetic Care Circle invites us to consciously let go before entering a new cycle.
Take some time out on a Sunday afternoon to tend to your energy in a welcoming, supportive space. This session is designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and restored as we weave together simple yet powerful practices for balance and renewal.
💫 What to Expect:
• A guided Yoga Nidrā meditation to settle the mind, rest deeply, and gently connect with your body and inner world
• Reiki energy and crystal singing bowls to support the release of tension and invite relaxation and balance
• Gentle holistic coaching reflections for clarity, as the Year of the Snake comes to an end and we approach the Year of the Fire Horse

This ticket grants you access to a blissful afternoon of guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy, and a wellness coaching circle, all at a lovely Tanawha location (keep a lookout in your emails for the exact address). Suggestions of what to bring: Any items that bring you comfort (eg. eye pillow) Drink bottle Journal & pen (for post-meditation reflection) Mats, cushions & light blankets will be supplied however feel free to bring your own.
