Experience the transformative power of Reiki with Angie... From childhood to motherhood, I've witnessed the wonderful benefits of this energy therapy. I'm now honoured to share this gift with others. The Japanese energetic healing modality of Reiki first entered my life at age 12 when my Mum received her first attunement. I experienced the benefit of Reiki throughout different life stages including during childbirth. As an accredited Holistic Lifestyle Coach, my interest in energy work and biofield therapies deepened, and I followed my heart to bring this healing practice to others as I became initiated in the Usui system of Reiki and on to a Reiki Master apprenticeship. The feedback received from those I hold space for is truly heart-warming, and I absolutely love providing this beautiful service. Reiki allows me to enter flow state, and I feel blessed and grateful for every opportunity to share it with you. A growing body of evidence is showing the efficacy of energy healing in promoting holistic wellbeing. Reiki can assist with pain relief, speed up the healing process, promote relaxation, and balance chakras and energetic fields. Transformative healing of emotions, reduction in stress, and increased feelings of peace are often reported. We'll begin our virtual meeting with a short consultation for around 10 minutes, followed by approximately 40 minutes of Reiki. Following the treatment, I'll discuss with you a summary of insights and tips for getting the most out of your Reiki session.
